Leave the M5 at Junction 1 for West Bromwich. Take the 5th exit of the motorway island signposted A4252 - Smethwick. At the island at the end of this short dual carriageway take the 1st exit (Dartmouth Road) . Follow Dartmouth Road for approx 0.5 miles.
