Alta Systems Ltd is an authorised Autodesk
Training Centre. 

All courses are delivered to Autodesk standards
and attendees who complete one of our courses
receive an offical Autodesk certificate which is
recognised Worldwide. Official Autodesk
courseware is provided and scheduled classroom
courses are delivered in our dedicated purpose
built air-conditioned training suite which
maximises our trainees learning experience.

Sketching: Sketching Fundamentals, 2D Constraints, Basic Manipulation & Control, Modelling Fundamentals: Concepts, Solid Creation Commands, Parameters, Work Features (planes, points). Parametric Editing: Re-ordering commands, Rebuilding model, making changes.
Inventor Drawing Generation & Detailing [1 day]	4	30	28
2D Drawings: Sketching, Design views, Annotation, Part/Drawing Templates: Part Templates, Drawing Templates, Basics of Drawing Borders, File Properties: Understanding Properties & their use, Import/Export of AutoCAD drawings. Design Support System/Help.
Inventor Assembly Design [2 days]	23-24	21-22	18-19
Assembly Modelling: Building Assemblies, Modelling in Assemblies, Constraining Parts, Adaptive Parts, Linked Features, Project Files, Derived Parts/Assemblies. Importing Files: Mechanical Desktop, Pro/E, STEP etc., Working with Dumb Solids. Presentations: Tweaks, Animation, Camera Views. Advanced 2D Drawing: Detail Drawings of Assemblies, Bills of Materials, Design Views. Design Assistant: Managing Inventor Parts.
Inventor Advanced [1 day]	call	call	call
Course covers the fundamental concepts essential to creating complex shaped parts. You will create designs using solid or surface modelling approaches, control curvature changes between curves and surfaces, create layout sketches using 2D and 3D splines, create complex blended and swept shapes. You will also be able to analyze your designs for surface problems and use different approaches to solve those problem areas. The prerequisite is completion of our Inventor Essentials (parts, detailing and assemblies) or have an equivalent understanding of Autodesk Inventor 11 part & assembly design.

Essential workshop for all of you considering implementing the integral data management solution that comes with Inventor for controlling your work-in-progress, organising & re-using your data.
Inventor 2009 Update [1 day]	call	call	call
Course covers all the key functionality that has been added/enhanced in Inventor 2008: Assembly Configuration, Assembly Management, Shape Modelling, Detailing, BOM, Sheet Metal, and Enhanced Work Features.
AutoCAD Fundamentals [2 day]	call	9-10	6-7
Provides basic skills & knowledge required to produce quality 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
FREE AutoCAD Electrical Workshop [½ day]	call	call	call
A half-day tutorial & training session covering the fundamentals of the powerful AutoCAD Electrical software solution. At the end of this session all attendees leave with a 30-day evaluation version of a full working copy of AutoCAD Electrical.

A half-day tutorial & training session covering the fundamentals of the powerful Inventor product & Assembly Design solution. At the end of this session all attendees leave with a 30-day evaluation version of a full working copy of Inventor.
